Garmin Releases New Units

Garmin has just announced the released a handful of new GPS units whilst at the annual CeBIT show in Germany.

There’s the new nüvi 200 series and an additional two units and the nüvi 600 and 650 widescreen models. Take a look at the Garmin website today.

Testing Continues…

Testing of the site continues and we’re still looking for any little problems which may exist. If you find something which you think may be wrong or not working correctly, please let us know.

In parallel, we’re continuing to browse the web looking for suitable sites to add to the Link Directory and we’ll be building up the number of links pretty quickly after this initial testing period. So, if you have any suggestions for links relating to the following, then let us know or submit them directly into the Directory: tents, camping, caravanning, outdoor equipment, camp sites, caravan sites, travel etc. etc.

For those entires within the MuddyPixels Link Directory which have Postal Addresses listed, they are also listed on the MuddyPixels map.

The Map, which is powered by Google, allows you to see what’s listed around you or a specific area of the country or world. Zoom in, pan around, switch to satellite mode… Play around and see what you can do. Click on a map marker and you can view details about that listing and then click the link to visit that listing in the MP Directory.

MuddyPixels Launches

11th March 2007 and here we are! Today sees the launch of MuddyPixels (www.MuddyPixels.com) - the Camping and Caravanning Portal.

Obviously we’re young so the content is being developed as I type. We’ll be loading the Link Directory from now on and populating it with links to all the great businesses and websites relating to camping, caravanning, tents, motor homes and all the gear that we all find useful.

We’ll keep you updated via this blog so you know what’s going on here at MPHQ. If you have any ideas, comments or suggestions then get in touch: Contact Us.
